Two ways to keep data current
The plans below differ mainly in how fast your SQL copy reflects a change made in Business Central.
Scheduled sync Free · Flat
BC2SQL polls Business Central on a fixed interval — daily on Free, at the frequency you choose on Flat — and pulls whatever changed since the last run. Simple, predictable, and enough for most reporting use cases where "current as of this morning" is fine.
Webhook sync Flat add-on · Enterprise
BC2SQL subscribes to Business Central's native webhook notifications: when a record is created, changed, or deleted, BC pushes the event to us and we trigger the sync immediately — instead of waiting for the next polling interval. No fixed schedule, no polling overhead on your BC environment. Available as a paid add-on on Flat, included by default on Enterprise. (We're not yet publishing a latency number here — it depends on your data volume; ask us for figures from the environments we operate today.)
